Neurodivergent-Affirming Therapy in Texas
ADHD, autism, or still piecing it together — neurodivergent-affirming therapy from someone who's navigating it too. Virtual across Texas. Free 15-minute consultation.
A lot of folks come here after seeing therapists who meant well but didn't quite land — who offered advice that made sense on paper but didn't account for how their brain actually works. Some spent sessions explaining what ADHD or autism feels like from the inside. Others masked through the whole thing and left feeling unseen.
Whether you're navigating ADHD, autism, AuDHD, or still figuring out what the label even is, this is a place where you don't have to start from scratch.
No diagnosis required.
Not sure which fits? Reach out anyway — we can figure that out together.
What We Work On Together
ADHD Therapy for Adults & Adolescents
Executive function, time blindness, rejection sensitivity, burnout — the stuff that doesn't always show up in a symptom checklist but is exhausting to live with. Therapy here is practical. We build tools around how your brain actually works, not how it's "supposed to work."

A lot of autistic folks come to therapy after years of being told they were fine — just anxious, just sensitive, just introverted. Late diagnosis is more common than most people realize, and it changes things, even when it doesn't change everything. Therapy here focuses on what matters to you: identity work, unmasking, sensory needs, relationships — on your terms. Identity-first and person-first language both welcomed.

ADHD and autism shape relationships in ways that aren't always obvious — even to the people in them. Miscommunication that looks like indifference. Patterns that feel intentional but aren't. Couples and families dealing with this deserve more than generic relationship advice.

About Matt Jackson, LPA (Licensed Psychological Associate)
Matt Jackson, LPA
“I'm a Licensed Psychological Associate in Texas, and I have ADHD. I built this practice for neurodivergent adults and adolescents — and for the people who love and want to support them —because I wanted to offer something I didn't always find myself: a therapist who already understands what you're navigating before you walk in.
I've had my share of experiences with providers who were competent but didn't quite get it. That's shaped how I work. I'm not going to hand you a generic coping strategy or suggest you just need a better planner. And honestly — I'm navigating a lot of the same things my clients are. I've spent so much time learning how to actually work with a neurodivergent brain rather than just around it for my own sake and want to help you learn how to do that too.
My approach is practical. We build tools that fit how your brain works. We don't pretend it that there is some ideal level of brain functioning we have to aim for based off of neurotypical expectations.
I'm licensed in Texas and see folks virtually across the state. I also provide formal assessments for adults and teens who want clarity on diagnosis.”
