    Focus: Work with your brainβ€”not against it. Together, we’ll make sense of the invisible strings shaping your life, develop practical tools and strategies tailored to you, and intentionally re-weave your story. You’ll collaborate with an ADHD and Autism specialist who truly understands neurodivergenceβ€”not just clinically, but personally.

    • Cost: $200 per 53-minute session

    • Payment: Private pay only (superbills available upon request; insurance submission is the client’s responsibility)

    • Frequency: Weekly or biweekly

    • Approach: Eclectic

    Focus: Create understanding across neurotypes by learning how different brains communicate, process stress, and solve problems. Therapy supports couples and families in building connection, navigating conflict, and parenting in ways that honor neurodivergent needs.

    • Cost: $150/hour prorated in 15-minute increments

    • Payment: Private pay only (superbills not applicable for this service)

    • Frequency: As needed

    • Approach: Eclectic

    Focus: Reduce stress and self-doubt around accommodations by clarifying needs, strengthening self-advocacy, and developing strategies that support long-term success in school and work environments.

    • Cost: $300 per 83-minute session

    • Payment: Private pay only (superbills available upon request; insurance submission is the client’s responsibility)

    • Duration: Typically completed within 2-3 sessions

    • Approach: research-based, conversational (thoughtful conversation and validated screeners, creating a process that is thorough without being too overwhelming)

    Focus: for those seeking clarity through comprehensive, neurodivergent-affirming assessment that connects past experiences, current challenges, and identityβ€”without reducing you to a label.

    • Cost: $150/hour (variable; able to be prorated)

    • Availability: upon request
